Account and service

Koon B provides marketplace discovery, listings, buying, selling, communication and account features. Provide accurate account information, protect your account and use the service in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Accepting these Terms does not by itself confirm your age or turn on personalization. The current personalization notice, a separate age confirmation and your preference are handled through the signup or Settings flow.

Acceptable marketplace use

Do not misrepresent an item or identity, evade safety controls, interfere with the service, misuse another person's account or data, or use Koon B for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity. Koon B may review, restrict or remove content or activity that violates applicable rules or creates safety, fraud or trust risks.

Personalized discovery

Where available, eligible signed-in adult accounts may receive category-based ordering of relevant search results and recommendations using their eligible activity on Koon B. Personalization does not make an irrelevant or ineligible item eligible. The Privacy Notice explains this processing and your controls.

You can turn personalization off in Privacy & personalization Settings and continue using standard marketplace features. An earlier off choice is preserved until you explicitly turn personalization on.

Age confirmation

This personalization feature is available only to account holders who state that they are at least 20 years old. This is a private self-attestation, not verified age. A phone number or OTP is not proof of adulthood. We do not request a birth date or identity document for this personalization purpose. If you do not confirm, you can continue with standard results.

Changes and availability

Koon B may update the service or these Terms. Material changes affecting personalization will be identified in a versioned notice before they can authorize that processing. A policy update, login or reinstall does not reset a previous personalization opt-out.
