Frequently asked questions

What is Koon B?

Koon B is a local marketplace from Koon B Co., Ltd. for buying and selling nearby, discovering standout items, and arranging public meetups. The app and website share the same Koon B product.

How do I buy on Koon B?

Choose a nearby area, search or browse listings, then use in-app chat to confirm the item, price, and meetup. Koon B is built for local handoff, not long-distance shipping.

How do I list something?

Create a listing with photos or a short video, a clear description, and the area where you can meet. Buyers see an approximate neighborhood, not your exact address.

How do I meet safely?

Meet in a busy public place, keep details in Koon B chat, and do not send money off-platform if something feels wrong. Report safety issues in the app and email us.

How does phone sign-in work?

Koon B verifies accounts with an SMS one-time code. Use a number that can receive SMS. If a code does not arrive, wait for the in-app timer, then request a new one. Never share the code.

What is Skin Journal?

Skin Journal is a private skin log, not a medical diagnosis tool. Photos and notes stay with your account and are not shown as public listings. See the Privacy Notice for details.

How do Koon B ads work?

Optional Koon B product and brand ads are off by default. We do not use third-party cross-site tracking for this. You can turn the choice on or off in Settings.

How do I access or delete my data?

Use in-app settings where available, or email support@koonb.com or privacy@koonb.com and say what you need. We may ask you to verify the account first.

How do I contact support?

Use the email below for account, listing, deal, or safety help. Do not send OTP codes, passwords, or full payment-proof files in email.
