EXID shared tales about their difficulties in the beginning of their debut.
On December 8, EXID appeared as visitors on JTBC’s “Ask Us Anything.”
The members stated, “We gained quite a lot of reputation by ‘Up & Down.’” LE, who participated in writing the tune and the lyrics, added, “It was like a dream.”
Hyelin stated, “It was a time after we talked about what we’ll do if ‘Up & Down’ doesn’t do properly. Two years main as much as when ‘Up & Down’ got here out, we didn’t have any schedules.”
She continued, “At the time, I ate meals on the scholar cafeteria, however my members would eat ramen. From what I bear in mind, they ate ramen three meals a day.” Hani added, “I believe we’ve tried each kind of ramen,” and LE defined, “We didn’t have cash.”

Super Junior’s Kim Heechul then requested EXID concerning the motto they adopted whereas overcoming their difficulties. “We have a bunch motto. ‘If it was enjoyable, then it’s okay,’” answered EXID.
