BTS’s new Japanese launch has taken No. 1 on Oricon’s day by day album chart!
“Map Of The Soul: 7 -The Journey-” was shared by BTS on July 15 as their fourth full Japanese album. It consists of 13 songs in whole, with Japanese variations of lots of their Korean tracks and two new unique Japanese songs: the title observe “Stay Gold” and “Your Eyes Tell,” which was co-written by Jungkook.
On the day by day albums chart for July 14 of Japan’s largest music statistics website Oricon, “Map Of The Soul: 7 -The Journey-” grabs No. 1 with estimated gross sales of 447,869.
This is now BTS’s private greatest for first-day Japanese album gross sales on Oricon, as their final Japanese album “Face Yourself” sold 188,085 copies within the first day of its launch in April 2018.
Recently, BTS turned the first foreign artist since Michael Jackson 36 years in the past to prime Oricon’s mid-year album gross sales chart, with their Korean album “Map of the Soul: 7” promoting 429,000 copies in Japan. “Map Of The Soul: 7 -The Journey-” has now already surpassed that quantity in simply in the future!
